Returns & Exchange Policy

In-Store Purchases:
If you'd like to return merchandise purchased from our stores, please visit your nearest branch within 10 days from the date of purchase.

Online Purchases:
For exchange, you can visit any Last Option store with a digital copy of your order.

Refunds:
Refund will only be issued incase an order is cancelled or cannot be delivered. Refund will be provided in the form of a coupon, which can be used on our website for further purchase.

Cancellations:
Last Option Brand reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock unavailability.


Return & Exchange Policy for Online Exclusive Collection

If you wish to return a product purchased from the Online Exclusive collection, make sure it's in the same condition as when it was delivered, and that it includes the original tags and a copy of your invoice, and send it to our warehouse.

After examining the product, we will issue a coupon code for the same amount to be used on your next purchase within 7 working days after we receive the returned item.

Please note that no exchanges are available for the Online Exclusive collection. Returns must be shipped via traceable delivery (courier or registered post) at your own expense.
